[a] Weather and Climate :   Weather is day to day information of the changes in the atmosphere conditions in any area . And climate is statistical weather information about the average weather condition of a particular place over a long period .

A climate is the average weather in a given area over a period of time . The weather , on the other hand , can change  drastically in a matter of hours . Changing the world takes thousands of years . It is however , complex and has been growing at an alarming rate in recent years .

Weather refers to how the environment behaves , mostly in terms of its impacts on life and human habits . Temperature , humidity , precipitation , brightness , cloudiness , visibility , wind and atmospheric pressure all are factors that influence the weather on a daily basis .

[b] Climate in polar regions and in tropical rain forest : Climate of the polar regions is cooler whereas climate of tropical region is warmer . This difference is due to the difference in sunlight every section of the earth get . Polar regions get very less sunlight whereas  tropical regions get  direct sunlight .
