We can write communicable disease instead of infectious disease and non-communicable disease instead of non-infectious disease.

Acute and Chronic disease:-

Such medical conditions which occur suddenly and last for the brief period in the body, are said to be the acute disease. But the medical condition where the disease occurs slowly and last for a long time or sometimes for the entire life is called as the chronic disease.

Infectious and Non-infectious disease:-

1) Infectious diseases are those diseases that get transfer from infected person to a healthy person while non Infectious diseases are those which do not transfer. 2)Infectious diseases are also known as communicable disease while non Infectious diaease are known as non communicable disease. 3)examples of Infectious diseases are cough,common cold,fever etc. Express of non Infectious diseases are AIDS, Polio etc.

Signs and symptoms are the terms related to a condition referring to illness, disease or a state of the body. Both signs and symptoms are related to the diagnosis of the disease. *Sign is a definite indication of a diseases while the Symptom is just a character observed in a patient. *Signs can be only noticed and explained by doctors while Symptoms are related to observations of the patients. *A sign is a change that can be observed or measured by a special instrument or a device. It is an important matter in case of diseases. *A symptom is a character or a change that can be noticed and experienced by a patient. Symptom is just an observation.
