IN ADIABATIC EXPANSION only dQ=0

but in case on joule thomson or joule-kelvin dH=0 ,isenthalpic

but dH=dQ , if pressure is constant Case taken like h=u+p.v , dH=dU +P.dv

we know dQ = dU +P.dv so , dH = dQ

but adiabatic expansion may be reversible or irreversible

but joule thomson is highly irreversible
