Differentiate between adverb clause of reason and adverb clause of result. Please explain with examples.​

Examples of Adverb Clauses of Result

The famine was so severe that thousands perished.

They fought so bravely that the enemy fled.

He is such a good man that all respect him.

He spoke in such a low voice that few people could hear him.

He became so weak that he could hardly stand straight.

An adverbial clause of reason is directly connected to the main clause of the sentence. It explains and gives reason for the main idea

Some examples of the Adverbs of reason are - therefore, hence, because, so, etc. We will frame simple sentences using some adverbs of reason to better understand their purpose. Because he was not feeling well, he didn't go to school today. It was raining heavily; therefore, we stayed in the house.
