Air is nothing but mixture of gases in the atmosphere as someone has pointed out.. And wind is moving air with an appreciable amount of speed.. The difference that struck my mind was the parameters you measure in these things.. We measure the pressure of air but when it comes to wind, you measure the speed and not the pressure..
