differentiate between alcoholic fermentation and lactic acid fermentation

1.alcoholic fermentation takes place in unicellular organisms such as yeast.
the end result is alcohol and co2.

2.lactic acid fermentation takes place in multicellular organisms such as humans.
after respiration, lactic acid and energy are released.
