Difference between an Intrapreneur and Entrepreneur are as follows :  

Intrapreneur :  

(i) Dependency :

An intrapreneur is dependent on the entrepreneur.

(ii) Raising of funds :  

Funds are not raised by the intrapreneur.

(iii) Risk:

An intrapreneur does not fully bear the risk involved in the enterprise.  

(iv) Operation :  

An intrapreneur operates from within the organisation itself.  

Entrepreneur :  

(i) Dependency :

An  Entrepreneur is independent in his operations.

(ii) Raising of funds :  

An Entrepreneur himself raises the funds required by his business.

(iii) Risk:

An  Entrepreneur bears the risk involved in the enterprise.  

(iv) Operation :  

An  Entrepreneur operates from outside an organization.
