APC present the antigen to Th cell where target cell present antigen to the Tc cells
Explanation:
- APC cells mean Antigen Presenting Cells. These cells present the antigen to the Th cell with context of class II MHC molecules whereas target cell present antigen to the Tc cell with the context of class I MHC molecules
- Target cells are all cells that are nucleated. where APCs are only three nucleated cells, they are Macrophage, Dendritic cell, B cells. that means APC express both class I and II but present only to Th cell with context of class II MHC molecules.
- Target cells express only Class I MHC molecules and present antigen to Tc cell
- APC present exogenous antigen whereas Target cell present endogenous antigen.
