Following is the difference:-

Babinski reflex:

- It is one of the normal reflex which are present in infants.

-This reflex  is triggered when the sole of the foot has been firmly stroked.

- As a reflex the bigger toe then in reply moves upward while the other toes fan out.

The Moro Reflex:-

-This is also a common type of reflex i.e. present in infants. (up to 3-4 months)

-This reflex occurs as a response to a sudden loss of support. For instance (when the infant feels as if it is falling, it conducts this moro reflex as a result of that feeling).

-It involves three distinct components of spreading out the arms, un-spreading the arms and crying.

-example: if a baby stretches out its arms in an occassion of getting startled for an instant.

Moro reflexes is quite a common one in babies wherein they stretch out their legs as soon as the babies hear loud sounds or noises.

Then you have the Babinski reflex in which the baby tries to grasp your finger as soon as you tap his or her palm.

Even if you tap on the toes they will try grasping the finger.
