<basefont> TAG IS USED TO CHANGE THE FONT FACE , SIZE AND COLOUR OF THE WHOLE HTML DOCUMENT WHEREAS <font> TAG IS USED TO CHANGE THE FACE , SIZE AND COLOUR OF THE A SMALL PIECE OF TEXT
