binary fission is a mode of asexual reproduction in which an organism divides in two parts from middle diving it's cytoplasm and nucleus and ultimately forms two new organism.....for example : amoeba etc
multiple fission is an asexual mode of reproduction in which a single individual divides into many new ones....... for example : protozoa plasmodium etc
