In binary fission one single parent divided into two daughters and in multiple fission one parent is divided into many parts.
example-Binary fission-Amoeba.
multiple fission-Plasmodium.

BINARY FISSION :-

1. it occurs when the environment condition is favourable for the organism

2. There is no protection covering formed outside the cell.

3. Only two new organism are formed by this type of reproduction.

MULTIPLE FISSION:-

1. it occurs when the environment condition are unfavourable for the organism.

2. A protection covering called cyst is formed outside the cell.

3. Many new individual are formed by this type of reproduction.
