biodegradable means the substance which can easily decomposed into land.
EX paper,peels of vegetables, fruits
non biodegradable means the substance which cannot easily decomposed into land.
EX plastic,tin,alluminium and other metal cans

Bio degradable = the substances which can be broken down into non-toxic substances by action of microorganisms. eg-animal excreta, compost, paper, etc
Non-bio degradable = the substances which cannot be broken down into non-toxic substances by action of microorganisms.eg- plastic bags, D. D. T
