Differentiate between block mountain and fold mountain

Answer:

block mountain are the mountain which have flat surfaces and this are the old mountains and this mountain has neglagible slopy part but fold mountain are the mountain which have valleys in between them ,this are not so much old as compare to block mountain and this mountain has maximum slopy areas
