blood is the most commonly used body fluid by most of the higher organisms including humans for this purpose

blood is special connective tissue consisting of a fluid matrix ,plasma,and formed elements

it performs many functions in respiration,digestion etc

by action of pituitary gland it sends secretions of ductless gland to targeted body parts

lymph is another body fluid which helps in the transport of certain substances

exchange of nutrients ,gases etc takes place through this

lymph is a colourless fluid containing specialised lymphocytes..

these are also responsible for immune responses of the body
