well boiling means a process in which a liquid gets liquid gets converted to vapour due to increase in temperature throughout the liquid
on the contrary evaporation is also the same process but its occurs only at the surface of the liquid and after upper layer evaporates it leaves the place by decreasing vapour well for eg u feel cool when u r sweated and while u r wearing a cotton clothes its just exposes u sweat and the sweat absorbs the energy(heat) from the surroundings and gets evaporated but its leaves the surface cool and thats why u feel cool
and boiling takes place throughout the solution
hope this helped u
