Differentiate between chromosome and chromatin?

The -vely charged DNA is wrapped around the +vely charged histone octane to form a structure called nucleosome. Nucleosomes constitute the repeating units of a structure in nucleus called chromatin( thread like).
Chromatin is packaged to form chromatin fibres that are further coiled and condensed at metaphase of cell division to form chromosomes.

Chromosome is the protein that is found in the nucleus of animals like human beings.
Chromatin is a complex of macromolecule found in cells it consist DNA protein and RNA.
