Differentiate between 'chyme' and 'cud'.

Answer:

Chyme is the pulpy acidic fluid which passes from the stomach to the small intestine, consisting of gastric juices and partly digested food. Cud is the partly digested food returned from the first stomach of ruminants to the mouth for further chewing.
