•Collenchyma is found in the leaf stalks and below the epidermis of stems.

S. No. Collenchyma Sclerenchyma ,— Consists of living cells. Contains cytoplasm. The thickening of the cell wall is not uniform. Consists of dead cells. Cytoplasm is absent. Cell wall thickening is uniform.
