- Diseases which are spread from one body to another.
- Ex : Fever, Corona
Non communicable diseases :-
- Diseases which are do not spread from one body to another.
- Ex: BP, Cancer.

- It is also known as infectious disease
- Agents are involved such as water, food, vectors which carries the disease to the healthy person
- Examples include: Corona virus, Influenza
Non-Communicable disease:
- These diseases do not get transmitted from a sick person to a healthy person
- These diseases are mainly caused due to genes inherited from parents, due to environmental situations,etc; and it is not transmittable to people
