Communicable diseases :-

  • Diseases which are spread from one body to another.
  • Ex : Fever, Corona

Non communicable diseases :-

  • Diseases which are do not spread from one body to another.
  • Ex: BP, Cancer.

  • It is also known as infectious disease

  • Examples include: Corona virus, Influenza

Non-Communicable disease:

  • These diseases do not get transmitted from a sick person to a healthy person
  • These diseases are mainly caused due to genes inherited from parents, due to environmental situations,etc; and it is not transmittable to people
  • It is also called as Non-Infectious Disease
  • Agents are not involved
  • Examples include: Cancer, Diabetes
