A dry port (sometimes inland port) is an inland inter modal terminal directly connected by road or rail to a seaport and operating as a center for the transshipment of sea cargo to inland destinations.
A sea port is a maritime commercial facility which may comprise one or more wharves where ships may dock to load and discharge passengers and cargo.
