Here is the answer:

EAST FLOWING RIVERS:
1) These rivers are originated from the western ghats.
2) They drain towards eastward direction. (Bay of bengal)
3) Peninsular rivers have longer courses
4) Carries more sediments deposition.
5) East flowing rivers form delta.
Eg: Mahanadi,Godavari,Kaveri and Krishna
WEST FLOWING RIVERS:-
1) These rivers originate from eastern ghats.
2) They drain towards western direction. (Arabian sea)
3) These rivers have shorter course
4) They carry less sediments with them
5) West flowing rivers forms estuary.
Eg: Narmada and Tapi
