Answer:

1. A species which is no longer present in its original range or as a distinct species any longer is called extinct species. It was previously living and existent but has now vanished from Earth. Eg : Dinosaurs, Dodo.

2. Endemic species are those which are only found in some particular areas usually isolated by natural or geographical barriers. Eg : Andaman Wild pig, Mithun in Arunachal Pradesh.

Explanation:

A native species can be indigenous, as discussed above, or endemic. When a species is indigenous, it's found in a particular location and surrounding areas. An endemic species, however, is a native species found only in a particular area, large or small.
