⏩ Difference On the Basis of 'Risk Involved'
⚫ Equity shareholders have the chances of risk as if company becomes insolvent so their capital are to drowned.
⚫ Debenture holder does not have any of risk because it is a loan and it has to be paid even if company becomes insolvent by the partners with their personal assets.
