i) Eukaryotes have well defined nucleus along with the nuclear membrane. Prokaryotes do not have a well defined nucleus.
ii) Eukaryotes are bigger in size. Prokaryotes are smaller in size.
iii) In eukaryotes, membrane-bound cell organelles are present. In prokaryotes, all cell organelles except ribosomes are absent.
iv) In eukaryotes, many chromosomes are present. In prokaryotes, a single chromosome is present.

eukaryote cells are those which are well developed sales they have advanced nucleus with nuclear membrane . they have more than one chromosomes. sizer generally large ( 5 - 100 um) .
prokaryote cells are those which are primitive and incomplete cells . They have less developed nucleus without nuclear membrane and nucleolus . there is single chromosome. generally size are small ( 1 - 10 um).
