Prokaryotic cells have plasmids.Their dna is naked in cytoplasm.They have membrane less organelles.The ribosomes are 70s type.Size of cell is 1-3microns.The size of the cell is small.

Eukaryotic cells have nucleus means dna with membrane and have alot in quantity.Size of cell is 10-30microns.Have membrane bound organelles.Lack plasmids means dsdna.

Have 80s tyoe ribosomes in cytoplasm.
