Evaporation is a surface phenomena where as Boiling is a bulk phenomena. (It means that in evaporation, the surface particles undergo the conversion into gas, in boiling the whole substance undergo the conversion into gas)

Evaporation can take place without reaching the boiling point, where as boiling can take place at reaching the boiling point.

Evaporation is a slow process where as boiling is a fast process.

During evaporation, the temperature of the remaining liquid decreases, where as during boiling the temperature of the remaining liquid remains constant.
