Answer:

Internal hardware is every piece of electronics that is connected to your motherboard. This includes CPU`s , RAM , Disks , GPU`s , NVMe`s , RAID controllers , and scalable CPU`s on PCIe.

External hardware is everything that is outside of the box of the computer. From flash drives to nuclear reactors. If it`s outside of the box - it is considered external.

Ex:pen drive, floppy,cd,dvd etc
