fertiliser -a salt of inorganic element it mainly contains NPK on the basis of present element it is of following types. 1.nitrogenous fertiliser like -urea,NH2CONH2

Fertilizer :-

  • They are in concentrated form. These are manufactured in factories.
  • Microbes are not needed.
  • They are easy to transport.
  • Easy to store and supply to crops.
  • They do not restore soil texture.
  • They are not for better aeration and retention of water.

Manure :-

  • Manure is an organic substance obtained from decomposition of vegetable and animal waste.
  • Microbes are needed to degrade the organic substances.
  • Difficult to transport.
  • Difficult to store and supply to crops.
  • They restore soil texture.
  • They are for better aeration and retention of water.
