Fibrous proteins- Are insoluble in water, weak acid & weak bases but soluble in strong acids & alkalis whereas globular proteins are soluble in water, acid & bases.
Example: Keratins ,collagens & elastins.
Globular proteins-Spheroproteins are spherical (Globe like) proteins & are one of the common protein type(the others being fibrous , disordered & membrane proteins.
Example:Hemoglobin is a globular protein found in red blood cells.Globular proteins play many biological roles, including acting as enzymes, hormones & transport molecules.

Explanation:

Fibrous proteins are structural proteins which are involved in the formation of bones, muscles, connective tissues, etc. Keratin and collagen are some examples of fibrous protein. Globular proteins are an important part of the biological processes in living organisms. They act as transport proteins, enzymes, hormones, etc. Some examples of globular proteins are haemoglobin, alpha immunoglobulin, beta immunoglobulin, etc.

hope it helps
