Differentiate between folding, faulting and volcanic eruption

Folding and faulting are the internal horizontal movements caused by the compressional and tensional forces which result in Earthquakes whereas volcanic eruption is the eruption of magma (hot, molten rock material) from deep inside the Earth, which may solidify forming volcanic plateaus.
