Personal health refers to the well being of the individual. Whereas, Community health care is provided to individuals people who aren't able to lookout of themselves. Personal Health is that the ability to require charge of your health by creating aware choices to be healthy.

Communicable Diseases & Non-Communicable Diseases

A non-communicable illness (NCD) could be a illness that's not transmissible directly from one person to a different. NCDs embrace Parkinsonism, reaction diseases, strokes, most heart diseases, most cancers, diabetes, chronic uropathy, degenerative joint disease, pathology, Alzheimer, cataracts, and others.
