▪freezing:-process in which liquids turns to solid .for example :water to ice

▪melting:process in which solid turns into liquid .for example : ice to water .

▪sublimation :some liquid vaporize without melting .this process is called sublimation for example :naphthalene and ammonium chloride .

▪evaporation :when liquid changes into Gas state .for example:wet clothes dry in sunlight .

▪condensation :conversion of gas to liquid is called condensation for example :Dew forming on grass in early morning .

hope it will help you and please my answer as brainliest ......

Answer:

Freezing - process of conversion of liquid into solid. eg- water freezes to form ice.

Melting - process of conversion of solid into liquid. eg- ice melts into water.

Codensation - process of conversion of gas into liquid. eg- steam condense to form water.

Evaporation - process of conversion of liquid into gas. eg- water evaporates to form steam.

sublimation - process of conversion of solid into gas or gas into solid without passing through liquid state. eg- napthalene balls disappear after some time time due to sublimation.
