They both interrupt the flow of electricity, but in very different ways from each other. While a fuse is made of a piece of metal that melts when overheated, circuit breakers on the other hand, have internal switch mechanisms that can be tripped by an unsafe surge of electricity.

Hey MATE!!!

Fuse is a device which is applied between the main electricity board of the house and a heavy appliance so that if in any case accidentally the current increase then the fuse gets burnt and the appliance is safe.

MCB is what is connected in the main electricity board to allow minimum current to flow when electricity is gone and comes back so that wires don't get burned.
