Gomasthas - a paid servant who was appointed by the east india company to supervise weavers ,collect and examine the quality of cloth.

Jobbers - they used to be very old and trusted worker . he got people from his village ,ensured jobs,helped them settle in the city and provided money in time of crisis . he became the person with some authority and power who controlled the life of workers
