Hey, let me tell
Grafting is the process of replacing an organ or a tissue,while tissue culture is growing some organic matter in artificial medium..
And GRAFTING is done in ANIMALS
TISSUE CULTURE can be applicable for PLANTS and related organisms.
TYPES OF GRAFT
1) Autograft-from same individual. Eg:Plastic surgery.
2)Isograft-between syngenic individuals (i.e.twins). Eg:Clones.
3)Allograft-between allogenic individuals. Eg:Kidney transplant
4)Xenograft-between xenogenic individuals (i.e pig, cow, etc,. and man) Eg:Organ transplant from baboon to human.
