Differentiate between Gram Positive and Gram Negative bacteria.

gram is scientist who divided all bacterias by the staining process called as gram staining.
Gram positive bacteria are the bacteria which shows color on staining. they mostly shows blue color.
While Gram negative bacteria are the bacteria which do not show any color even after staining. they are colorless. coloration is shown by bacteria's plasma membrane because of presence of high lipid content.
