I m explaining in my own words...u can change them according to the examination point of view... Coz i m juz explaining u...
GREEN MANURE:
Suppose before starting the cropping process, u plant some green plants on the field such as barseem, sun hemp, guar, etc. Then, when they grow up.. U start to plough the field without taking the plants out. Then u sow the seeds and start the cropping process. Here, the green plants act as a manure. This cropping manure is known as GREEN MANURE.
COMPOST:
Suppose u juz dig a small hole in the ground and through all ur natural plant waste such as mango peels, leaves, twigs, etc. After some days these will decompose to become manure. This manure is known as COMPOST PIT.
