Even though a healthy and disease free person may seem to be synonymous, in real life they are not. When you refer to a healthy person, the person can be both physically and mentally fit.

However, a disease free person may not be mentally well and have some psychological issues but he or she does not carry any kind of disease in physical terms. So they may be physically fit but they may be mentally troubled.
