Explanation:

Heterocrine glands are the glands which act both as exocrine and endocrine glands. Exocrine glands are the glands that produce their products via the ducts while endocrine glands are the ductless glands which produce their products straightly into the blood. For example, in humans, Pancreas is a heterocrine gland.

Answer:

Heterocrine glands are the glands that transport hormones and materials by both, a duct and a ductless medium. That is, it acts like both exocrine and endocrine gland.

An example we can take is pancreas in humans.

Endocrine glands, on the contrary, don't have the support of any duct and they're dependent on bloodstream of the body for their necessary transportation.

An example we can take is hypothalamus in pur brain.

I hope this helps you!!
