= High Tides :

=> When the sun and the earth and the moon are in the same line.

• Caused when all the gravitational forces work together.

• Occurs at the time of full moon and full moons .

= Lower Tides :

=>When the sun and the moon and the earth are at the positions of right angles .

• Caused when the gravitational force of the sun work against each other.

• Occurs during the 8th day of each fortnight of a month.
