homologus organs are organs that have same basic plan and origin but have evolved to perform different function.
eg fore limbs of human ,tiger, and bat .
analogous organs are the organs that have different origin and basic plan of development but have evolved to perform same function
eg wings of birds and wings of butterfly
these are evidence that prove that evolution did occur homologous organ show divergent evolution
analogous organs show convergent evolution
