Differentiate between horizontal and vertical powering in modern democracy​

Answer:

Horizontal power is the equal share of power among three different parts of federal govt. that is, legislative, executive, and judiciary.

And the vertical power is the levels of federal government, like first comes central govt. then state govt. and last local govt. It can be more but in India there is only three levels of govt.
