Before the environment was treated as a free entity and any industry or individual could pollute it . their were very few laws to protect our environment. the government also didn't payed attention for safeguarding our environment.But now there has been a change in perception. government has introduced many laws to protect our environment. Government can also impose fine on those who pollute our precious environment.
