1.Success-oriented students are highly motivated to achieve success and are less concerned with avoiding failure. These students are intrinsically motivated desire to achieve mastery of goals. Success-orientated students define success as being the best they can be, regardless of the achievements of others.

2.Focuses on desired results and sets and achieves challenging goals. Identifies and meets with appropriate parties to develop an understanding of the project goals and desired outcomes. Develops and utilizes measures to assess goal attainment and outcome achievement.

The difference between these three psychological terms are as follows:

Firstly, all three of this can be categorized under being success oriented because everyone has there own way to mean success. To start with, success may vary from person to person, there are different types of people having different opinions on successful approaches. Professionals may feel entangled in a system of a process that in a long run, makes them less passionate about their career objectives, and some may get demotivated despite following the tested patterns but not getting the results. So let's understand the two approaches to get to the conclusion of these three terms asked in the question.

The Process Oriented Approach

• This approach strives to move and make improvements. The individual is basically a perfectionist .
• When confronted with the material handling equipment they seek out the policies and procedures of how to handle that equipment rather than making up their own rules.
• They understand that compliance can drive growth taking care to follow the precautions advised for step of the process.

• These are the people who are interested in every single plant within the garden rather than being the Australian master of their own island.

The Result Oriented Approach

• They are the people who are the ones who have a clearer view of the forest rather than consideration for and every plant in it.
• These are the people who have a distinct drive towards their career, and they know where they want to be in say 5 years from now or 10 years.
• Result oriented individuals may not know specifically what they will be doing tomorrow, but they have a definite sense of direction which realigns them to their short term and long term goals.
• Their friends and family members may not be able to fathom the risks that these people take every day.
• Few occupations:

1. people pursuing career in sales.
2. writers
3. entrepreneur etc.
