✯Differences between In situ and Ex situ conservation of biodiversity :-

★ IN SITU CONSERVATION :-
==========================

●In this approach ,whole ecosystem ,and  its biodiversity at all levels is protected .eg :- we save the entire forest to save the  tiger.

●National parks , wildlife sanctuaries and sacred grooves are meant for in situ conservation.

★EX SITU CONSERVATION :-
==========================

● In this approach ,threatened animals and plants are taken out from natural habitat and placed in special setting where they can be protected and given special care.

●Zoological parks ,botanical gardens and wildlife safari parks serve this purpose.
