Differentiate between infected and non infected disease?

INFECTIOUS DISEASE :
                                         This can be transferred from infected person to health person .
                                          They are caused by pathogen .
                                          They are normally spread through some agencies like air , water etc.
                                          Example : malaria, flu ... etc 

NON INFECTIOUS DISEASE :
                                                Non infectious disease cannot be transferred from person to person . 
                                                 They are not caused by pathogen .
                                                  They do not  spread through by agencies like wind or water . 
                                                  Example : diabetes , heart disease etc

infectious disease: diseases where microbes are the immediate causes are called infection diseases... the infection spreads from are person to another....
non- infectious diseases: some diseases that do not spread in the community ,but remains internal are called non infections diseases. example,cancer .genetic abnormalities,high blood pressure etc....
