Instant and conditioning both are very different thing. A person can react in a different way in both the condition. Instant is a thing which he learns from his childhood and it comes naturally. Conditioning is a situation which is pre-planned.

The person behavior could change when the situation is pre-planned. Animals always react in a natural way. Humans can react in natural way as well as in planned way. This is the thing which makes a man different from the animals.
