conductors are substances which allows the heat and electric energy to pass through them easily while insulators are those substances which do not allow heat and electric energy to pass through them.

insulators-
they are the objects which does not allow electricity to flow through it
eg-table etc..
conductors-
they are the objects which allow electricity to flow through it
eg -copper wire etc..
