An intramolecular force is any force that binds together the atoms making up a molecule or compound, not to be confused with intermolecular forces, which are the forces present between molecules. ... Chemical bonds are considered to be intramolecular forces, for example.

Heya mate here is your answer...

first of all, never get confused between intra and inter molecular forces.

_________________________________________Intermolecular force- The force *which acts between any 2 different molecules* is known as intermolecular force. for example- the force acting between two different states like solid or liqui will be an intermolecular force.

_________________________________________

Intramolecular force- The force *which acts between the particles of the same molecule * is known as intramolecular force. for example- the force acting between the particles of solid...or between the particles of liquid...or between the particles of gas will be an intramolecular force.
